My gaming PC had been getting noisier for a while until it stopped completely with a BIOS message saying the CPU was overheating. Sam was able to collect it the same day and within 24 hours had diagnosed the problem (water-cooling pump failed), offered me two alternative fixes, got hold of the parts, fixed, tested, and returned to me. Wow what a service! Sam was so helpful, collected within hours of me calling him- organised a refurb piece to be installed whilst updating my laptop all returned in days. Exceptional service! I hardly need to add another 5 star review here but it's always such a good feeling when you find a company that offer a really good service. I had given up on my ^-year-old Macbook after Apple said it would be £300-400 to repair the hard drive - but Sam had it back to me within a couple of days (the only delay was waiting for a part) for way less. His communication throughout was really clear and he explained all the options, likely timeline, estimated costs etc. He also came up with a really great, affordable solution regarding the battery, which was also on its last legs. I have been having issues with my laptop charger for over a year. I have taken it to several computer repair businesses and no one wanted to help. The general feedback was that I should replace by 2 year old computer, as the charging port was too complicated to fix. Sam came to the rescue Asap upon my call. He was clear very informative and helpful on the phone. Sam picked up my laptop and fixed it super quickly! I couldn't believe the result.
